The search for a mystery lottery winner is over, revealing a Queensland man as the newest millionaire - and a two-time top-prize winner.
It took three days for the Bundaberg resident to learn he had won $3.3million, as officials for หวยฮานอย the Lott scrambled to track down the holder of the unregistered ticket.
'Thank you very much,' he said when a Lott official shared the news.
'It's very exciting. I don't own a house but now I'll be able to buy one. I'll have to find a way to celebrate the win.'
The victory marks the man's second division one prize, though his winnings the first time were shared among a syndicate totalling $40,000 each.
'I haven't told anyone about this win. I plan on keeping it on the downlow,' he said.
