Do you need a dedicated circuit for interior neon signs?

Not usually. The primary current for neon signs tube Transformers are not that high and can be added to existing circuits.
Many of these types of neon transformers just plug into a normal wall receptacle. If it is a large neon sign it is a good idea to use a dedicated circuit for isolation purposed when servicing the sign.
